How to delete cookies/cache?
Sometimes it is necessary to empty the cache to solve various problems. How this is done depends on the browser you use.
Chrome:
Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
Or click on the wrench symbol in the upper right.
The following screen will appear:
For "Obliterate the following items from", choose "the beginning of time". Make sure "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data" are checked.
Click "Clear browsing data".
Firefox:
Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
Or click on "Tools".
The following screen will appear:
Make sure to choose "Everything" for "Time range to clear" and that at least Cookies and Cache are checked.
Click "Clear Now".
Internet explorer
Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
Make sure that "Keep data from favorite websites" is not checked and that "Temporary internet files" and "Cookies" are checked.
Click "Delete".
Opera:
Click the Opera logo in the top left and choose "Settings" > "Delete Private Data...".
Click "Detailed Options" to see the following screen:
