Do you prefer searching via a normal sitemap as you know from your favourite websites? No problem at all, just use the Answers sitemap-navigation to find your answer.

What should I do if I run into a problem?

Don't panic!

On a complicated website like Travians, some errors may occur once in a while. If this happens, there is no need to panic. Please follow the steps below to help us find a solution for you.

Can you solve it yourself?

Thinking guyIf you contact Support or post in the forum, it could take up to 24 hours to get a reply. But with a few simple steps, you may be able to solve the problem yourself instantly. Obviously you should try this first. As soon as the problem is solved, you don't need to follow the rest of the instructions anymore unless the problem returns later.

  • Click anywhere on the page with the problem and press F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page.
  • Clear the cache of your browser. You can find detailed instructions in this article.
    Note: Support can see whether you cleared your cache and cookies so please don't contact them before trying this. If the game opens after clearing your cache without having to login, the cache wasn't cleared. Please follow the instructions again closely in that case.
  • Try a different browser if possible.
  • Search the forum to see if the problem has been reported already and if a solution is available.

LetterIf the steps above did not get rid of the problem or if the problem returns again, you have 2 options:

  • Make a new post in the appropriate subcategory of the Bugs forum (or the main Bugs forum if it doesn't fit in any subcategory).
  • Send a message to Support by clicking the "?" button at the top of the game screen, sending an e-mail to support@travians.com or using the form below.

Please supply as many details as you can about the problem. For example:

  • Which feature is causing a problem? (Map, name of the quest, etc.)
  • What has been changed in your opinion? What is different now compared to how you knew it before?
  • Have you heard from other accounts that have the same issue or does it happen just for you? Are you able to give us some nicknames where we can also check the issue?
  • When does it happen? If possible give us a date and time when the issue happened.
  • Which browser do you use? Is browser is up to date and and do you have the latest release?
  • Do you get that problem also on a different browser? Have you tried it with an alternative browser?
  • Which URL do you use to login into the game? Please copy the address in your browser to give us the URL.
  • Did you delete your cookies and cache – this is to make sure that this is not the issue? Please note that a cookie has only been deleted if you need to login new after it.
  • If you're able, please make us a screenshot. You can upload a screenshot on the web anywhere and then can give us the address where we can see it, or you can send it as an attachment to support@travians.com. In that case please don't forget to copy the conversation between us and also paste it into the email. Then we know everything immediately and will be able to help you more quickly.
