Partner 1 has now made it to the other side of the canyon, it's time to look for the children. If you enter the cave and walk to the next room, you will see them locked up in cages.
Partner 2 will need to pick up Kassandra who managed to escape. He should go a little further east and he will see a good hiding place - a crevice in the rocks. He will take Kassandra back to her mother, Xenia who is at the tavern.
Partner 1 talks to the other children still in the cages and learns that a special lockpick is needed.
Kassandra's mother, Xenia, sends Partner 2 to Ikarus. He will tell him that you can only save the children during trade bonus time (xx:45 till xx:00). But first you need more preparation.
A special tool is needed to free the children. Someone needs talks to the tool specialist of the village, Krateos. He tells him about a special lockpick that is owned by someone who just arrived on the mainland. Your partner should speak to Xenia in the tavern. She tells him that Eilix has information for you. Also Ikarus will have some important information for you.
Eilix can be found near Thassilo on the mainland. When both players talk to Eilix, he tells you that the lockpick has been stolen and was last seen in the swamp. Go to the swamp. There you find Locksmith. You both talk to him and he tells you that you both will need to bring him an Olympic vase.
Both of you need to go back and talk to Xenia. She tells you that Odysseus collects all kinds of stuff. Each partner will need to talk to Odysseus, he gives each of you a vase. Now take the vase back to the Locksmith. He will take the vase but refuses to give you the lockpick. So you will have to fight him for it, but you cannot defeat him on your own. You need your partner to fight with you.
One of you needs to start talking to him to begin the fight. The other will then receive an invitation and when both players are ready, the fight will start. This is a special type of fight but this will be explained before you start.
When Locksmith is defeated, both players should search the body. One of you will get the 2 vases which you should take back to Odysseus. This will save space in your rucksack. The other player receives the lockpick.
During trade bonus time (xx:45-xx:59), both players can now visit the harpy cave. The player with the lockpick should try to open the cages. At the same time, the other player should lure the harpies away that are sitting in front of the cave. The goal is to hide in the place where you found Kassandra before the harpies catch you.
If you reach the hiding place Kassandra used in time, the children will be freed and will run back to their parents. The harpies will fly back to the cave and enter it, which makes the entry collapse. This is the end of the 3rd co-op quest.
